TCRR Club Championship

Oh boy.....this Saturday will be humbling. After a 2 year hiatus from pure running races, I'll be back on the blacktop at the Tri Cities RR Club Championship this weekend. Its going to be strange only running 7 miles, going anaerobic, and not swimming and biking before the run but it should be fun. My last race this year was Ironman World Championships on Oct 8th.....so this race will be 133.6 miles shorter....but it will be a blast.

| Archie Coleman, husband of present and long time TCRR member Mary Coleman, passed away Friday, January 20. Many of you might have met Archie when was with Mary at TCRR activities. A memorial service was held Friday, January 27. |

| It was a beautiful morning for a run, and it was great to see so many TCRR members together in one place! To view the results, click here. |
| After the run, and after everybody had stuffed themselves at the potluck lunch, we had our annual club meeting. The big news of the meeting was the announcement that Charlie Hart was given a well-deserved entry into the TCRR Hall of Fame. Way to go Charlie! |
