Rest is key to quality training, for any event. And as for Boston, if you qualify and don't get the opportunity to 'register' for it, just buy an entry through a charity. Its totally justifiable if you earned a BQ.

Recovery is a slow, tedious process. I want to get back to the mileage I was running immediately, but wont be allowed to until roughly July. As for white bank, I was still out of action that day; I jumped my mileage up too quickly and reinjured myself 3 weeks back. Lesson learned the hard way. But I saw you did well at White Bank, so congrats! And good luck in Delaware, I assume training is going well?
