Join us for the 2nd annual Petersburg Half Marathon & 5K! The scenic course will feature views of downtown Petersburg, the Petersburg National Battlefield, Blandford Cemetery, and Pocahontas Island!
Witness a battle re-enactment taking place in the Petersburg National Battlefield as you run through it!
All Participants will receive a tech shirt and a Finisher Medal
Start Times:
Half Marathon: 7:00 AM Start-Line Corrals
5K Start Time: 7:15 AM
Kid’s Race Start Time: 10:30 AM
Timing & Scoring:
Both the Half Marathon & 5K will be chip timed. Participants will be scored based on Age Groups in 5-year increments. For example, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, etc.
Pace Teams:
There will be Pace Teams available for the Half Marathon. The pacers will be located in the Start Line Corral and will be holding signs and balloons with the target pace on it. The Pacers will be organized in 15 minute increments: 1:30 hrs., 1:45, hrs., 2:00hrs, etc
Awards:
Awards will be given out to the Top 3 Overall Male & Female, and Top 3 in each Age Group category for both Male & Female.
All Finishers will receive a Medal upon the completion of your Run!
