Walk it, jog it, run it, just get out and DO IT! This event will be FUN for all ages and abilities and features a new, beautiful wooded course on the campus of Guardian Christian Academy and SouthSide Church.
Start with a FREE Kids 1 mile Fun Run (for those runners 10 and under - need to register) at 8:30, with awards following. Then at 9am the 5k will kick off followed by an awards ceremony and a raffle drawing using bib numbers, giving away several great door prizes! Finisher medals for all and awards for top finishers. Free T-shirts for all 5k runners registered by Feb. 18 and goodie bags for all participants! This is St. Patrick's Day weekend so dress up, enjoy yourself and have fun! Prize for best costume! Register early - entry fees go up to $25.00 as of March 1st!
(This is a cross country style course with a combination of terrains. Most of the course is fairly level but navigation may be difficult for wheeled devices and those who require assistive mobility devices. No strollers or pets, please.)
