9:00 a.m. Joy Run/Walk Begins 9:30 a.m. Health Fair Begins
The Joy Run/Walk is a combined 5K (3.1 miles) and 2K (1.24 miles) run/walk where participants start together but end at different locations based on participant’s choice. You do not have to be an experienced runner or walker for this one. Bring yourself and .... run, walk, dance, shout, jog, inspire! It’s all about your motivation to finish your race of choice, have a great time and burn a few calories!
