The seven mile race starts at 8:30 AM. It’s a mostly flat, fast course that starts at Richard Bland College & loops around the countryside on hard surface roads.
The 5k run starts at 10:00 AM. It’s an out & back with a loop around the RBC Gazebo.
You also have the option of running both races if you can complete the 7 mile race in 1 hour and 30 minutes. EVERYBODY RUNNING THE 5K MUST START AT 10 AM!
- Awards: Only TCRR club members in good standing are eligible for awards.
- Seven Mile Club Championship trophies to the first overall male and female finishers.
- Trophies for the 5k overall male and female finishers.
- Ribbons to top 3 finishers in each age group for the 7 Miler and 5k
- Trophies to the top 3 males and females who run both races
- Special finisher’s medal for running both races.
NOTE: those who are running both races WILL be eligible for the 7 Miler awards,
but WILL NOT be eligible for the 5k awards.
Registration: 7 Miler OR 5k: Club Members: $5 before Nov. 30th; $10 After. Non members: $10.
7 Miler AND 5k: Club Members: $15 before Nov 30th; $20 After. Non members: $20.
Race day registration will start at 7:00 am. Runners may join TCRR on race morning.
Special Event: Food and beverages will be served following the race. (Bring your favorite dish to share)
General Membership meeting will also be held for the election of a new Board of Directors.
