How did you get involved in running?
In 2009 decided to shed my increasing chubbiness and run a half-marathon. Been running ever since, it's a way of life!
What do you do in your non-running life?
Read, play with the dog, movies (bless you Netflix!)
What groups do you run with?
ACAC morning run, Health Department lunch run, Richmond Running Group meetups on occassion, Black Girls RUN! - Hampton Roads on occassion, friends
